We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
7-day return window
If you change your mind, return the item within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Defective items
If your item arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty
All phones come with a manufacturer warranty. Samsung devices carry a 12-month warranty. iPhones carry a 12-month Apple warranty.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been physically damaged, screen-cracked, or show signs of water damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange collection or drop-off.
