CML Store is an electronics and accessories retailer based in Zambia. We sell phones, gadgets and accessories online and in store. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

When you place an order or contact us we may collect your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order history and payment information. We also collect basic website usage data such as pages visited and time spent on the site through analytics tools.

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery, send order updates via WhatsApp, respond to your enquiries and improve our website and services. We do not use your information for any purpose other than running our business.
4. WhatsApp communication
By placing an order you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp for order updates, delivery confirmation and customer support. We will not add you to group chats or send unsolicited marketing messages without your consent.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your delivery address with our courier partner solely for the purpose of delivering your order. We do not share your information with advertisers.
6. Data storage
Your information is stored securely on our servers. Order data is retained for a minimum of 12 months for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, except where retention is required by law.
7. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses Vercel Analytics to track basic usage data such as page views and visitor counts. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
8. Meta Pixel
We may use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. This tool collects anonymous data about visits to our site from people who have interacted with our ads. You can opt out through your Facebook ad preferences.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
