1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CML Store website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
All products sold by CML Store are 100% genuine with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Product images are for illustration purposes and the actual product may vary slightly. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error has occurred.
4. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee availability. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a WhatsApp message from us within 24 hours to confirm availability, payment details and delivery arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Payment
We accept cash, mobile money (Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, Zamtel Kwacha) and bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before delivery unless you are on an approved lay-bye or hire purchase arrangement. Receipts are issued for all payments.
6. Lay-bye
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an item on lay-bye. The remaining balance must be paid within an agreed period. If the balance is not paid within the agreed period CML Store reserves the right to restock the item. The deposit may be forfeited in this case.
7. Hire Purchase
Hire purchase arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties. A deposit is required upfront. The item remains the property of CML Store until all instalments have been paid in full. Defaulting on payments may result in the item being repossessed.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. CML Store is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery. Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the agreed address.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. Defective items are replaced within 30 days. Items damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the return being approved.
10. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to all phones sold by CML Store. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, water damage or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
11. Limitation of Liability
CML Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
12. Changes to Terms
CML Store reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
